Congratulations to
Life-Changing Teaching Award Nominee
ASHLEY MONROE
WESTLANE MIDDLE SCHOOL
STUDENT RECOGNITION STORY
shes always offering help even when I'm not in her class, shes used to be in my class but they sadly moved me but i've always loved her because of her consideration and sympathy for her kids, I miss her class. she cared about me because there was times were I was feeling down and she had helped me before. for example, I was feeling really under the weather and I had a massive headache and she assited me and gave me a mug to fill with water and she told me," sometimes headache are caused by dehydration" and she let me fill the cup and she was right, I did have a bad headache but it went away due to her statement being true. she made me more confident in my future tests, but since right now I'm kinda slacking, I'll get back on my feet in no time with a bit of more assistance since I haven't properly talked to her since December. shes helped me by offering tutoring after school on Mondays, its not just me but she offers it to all her past and current biology students. Mrs. Monroe is the best most sweetest teachers I've met.
