Our Fox Hill community is so lucky to have a staff member that cares as much as Ashley Ballweg. We all know that teaching is not a job that ends with the school bell, but Ashley goes above and beyond that every day. She makes being at school fun for the kids she works with, she’s funny and interacts with the kids in goofy and engaging ways to make them feel seen and special. Ashley shows up for the students outside of school. She helps with translations and education on school related and community related issues for the students AND their families. She has grocery shopped and collected donations to support needy families that were affected by the government shutdown last fall, and continues to pay it forward to those who still feel the effects of those cuts and inflation. Ashley is an absolute gem of a human and a teacher. Thank you for bringing your generous heart and spirit to Fox Hill, Ashley!
