What makes Mr. Rubit awesome is his strong communication skills, enabling a supportive, engaging classroom environment. Something that makes me excited to go to class is when he greets me, when he makes learning fun, or when he applies lessons to real-life scenarios. He cares about me because I act very well in class and I don't have any behavioral issues from him. What he does to make me a better and more confident student is that he makes learning more fun and engaging to experience. Inside, he provides individualized instruction and creates safe, structured environments. Outside, he offers emotional support.
