Ms. Rogers is a phenomenal educator who my twins daughters have been fortunate to have as their 3rd grade teacher and currently for 4th grade. She definitely brings the energy to the classroom everyday. One of the biggest challenges students need to learn at this grade is organization and my girls have shown tremendous growth as they use their agendas and write their homework down daily. Last year was the first time for my girls to take the state test and as any parent I was worried about how they would perform. Ms. Rogers prepared her students to the best of her ability and my girls scores proved that they had met and/or exceeded the standards for 3rd grade. My girls are a bit on the quiet side but slowly Ms. Rogers has gotten them to open up just a little more. She makes herself available for parents to reach out and ask how his/her child is doing in her class. Ms. Rogers is an awesome teacher and I am fortunate that my twins were able to have her as their teacher for 2 years in a row.
