This teacher is amazing and wonderful. She is willing to diverge from the provided curriculum to make her lessons more interesting if she feels the need to. Some things they do that make me excited to go to class is be funny. Her waggish nature is enticing and makes me eager to look forward to her class. She also teaches fun stuff that other teachers would usually skip. They let me know that they care about me by expressing their want to see my success. She stresses nearly every day that she wants me and all of her students to get into honors or AP biology. They make me a better and more confident student by replenishing me after a long, boring school day filled with teachers who aren't willing to go as far as Mrs. Jablon does. Her humor yet sense of devotion help me get through her class and the day. They have not supported me outside the classroom yet, but she says that if I am close but not quite qualifying for an advanced science class, all I have to do is contact her and she will put in a good word for me to get that higher placement. All in all, I think she is a wonderful teacher who deserves that award!
