Mrs. Doyle is like the "director behind the scenes". She is a great advocate for Kirsten at Elan. She understands my daughter's strengths and weaknesses. She elaborates and discusses with teachers how to help Kirsten inside and outside the classroom with her learning and with social anxiety. She offers helpful tips for me to help Kirsten academically and emotionally at home. She is also a great listening ear. She praises Kirsten with every win and accomplishment. She has an open door policy. She can be contacted after hours to discuss issues about your child/student. She even took on the task to teach extra classes at school when another teacher resigned. She is a a team player and her love for teaching exudes in all of her actions and kind words. She is a great educator and administrator. She deserves her "flowers everyday" for her endless commitment to the students and the teachers.
