What makes Ms. Parappil so special is that she truly sees her students as individuals, far beyond just their grades. She has that rare gift of noticing when someone needs an extra boost of confidence or a different way of explaining things, and she always handles it with a kindness that makes you feel right at home. I feel inspired by her enthusiasm and the genuine heart she puts into everything she does. She is one of those teachers who truly listens and makes the classroom feel like a safe, motivating space.
