I think what makes Ms. Merino an awesome teacher is how much she pours into her students. I'm always excited to come to her class because she has such a positive attitude. Whenever I'm not feeling like myself, she always asks if I'm doing okay or pulls me aside for a conversation to make sure I’m alright. Ms. Merino always gives me shoutouts whenever I'm on point to let me know she sees my hard work. She has supported me outside the classroom as well by coming to the football games where I dance. Overall, Ms. Merino is an amazing teacher, and I wish more teachers were like her.
