Mrs. Joseph makes me want to be a teacher when I grow up. She makes learning fun. Even though I struggled reading when I was in her class, she constantly gave me encouragement to help me become the proficient reader I am now (just a year later). She showered me then and continues to shower me now with love and affirmations. My confidence and self-worth have been boosted by her words. I want to encourage others in a way that Mrs. Joseph has shown me.
