Your support has had a profound impact on me, extending far beyond the academic realm to also mentally and emotionally. Each time we spoke, I felt safe and understood each time we talk about anything and that trust has meant so much to me. You inspired me to pursue a higher education in business by demonstrating the value of how education can benefit my future. Additionally, you assisted me in looking for scholarships to help me pay for college and celebrated my achievements through my senior year. I remember the day I informed you I was admitted to the University of Nevada Reno. It was one of the most exciting days of my life. I remember you were so happy for me that you made an announcement to the whole class and took a picture of me with my acceptance letter. This accomplishment couldn't have happened if it wasn't for your friendliness and kindness that makes me feel like we're best friends. Because you understand my background as someone who comes from an immigrant family you were able to understand my struggles that I had to grow up with.You have shared your own experiences growing up and it encouraged me to follow my dream just as you followed yours. Your encouragement, wisdom, and care has a meaningful impact on my life and I will always be grateful for everything you have done for me. The first day of freshman year was the day I met you and that day I knew you were going to be my number one favorite teachers.
